Introduction about the job position

Crimson Agility is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker, with a proven track record in multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and events.

This position is available to remote candidates located within the United States or Latin America.

We’ll need you to

  • Develop, implement, and manage a cohesive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and events.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation and nurturing strategies.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including website, SEO, and social media channels.
  • Coordinate with internal experts and manage content creation, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos, to engage and educate target audiences.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Oversee the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Coordinate with external partners as needed.

You must have

  • +3 years of experience in Marketing with multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in email marketing and social media management
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Have agency experience in the Tech/IT Services industry
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools
  • Speak fluent English (C1/C2 level)

It’d be a Plus if you

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 
  • Strong experience in event management
  • Experience in the ecommerce development industry
