Customer Success/Project Manager

Crimson Agility is looking for a Customer Success/Project Manager with a strong background in the E-commerce industry, specifically with platforms like Magento. The successful candidate will be someone who can nurture customer relationships, understand their needs, and ensure their success with our products and services. In this position, you will be expected to work closely with customers to understand their goals, provide tailored support, and foster long-term satisfaction and growth.
This position is available to remote candidates located within the United States.

- Understand and analyze customer needs and goals
- Effectively manage, track, and control many client tasks and requests
- Provide leadership to both clients and the development team
- Develop and implement tailored success plans
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth and improvement

YOU MUST HAVE
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, project management, or a related field
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as Magento, Shopify, etc
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to customer needs
IT’D BE A PLUS IF YOU HAD
- A bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent
- Any additional certifications or training in customer success or e-commerce platforms
- Experience in managing large or complex customer accounts
